Yes its the real deal, straight from Japan. This rasp is PERFECT for minis, and the smaller hoof. It's also must have for any horse owner, for any size horse - for touch ups in between trims.
Also because this rasp is smaller in length, it's a versatile and easy rasp for anybody to use.
Won't clog and retains sharpness for a very long time too!!

Shinto Rasp - Love it
Very easy to use one handed. I have a new horse that is difficult in both Hinds, this rasp made trimming his feet so quick and easy. Highly recommend
